Here Is What To Bring To Your Meeting

For the initial meeting with Maxwell Wealth Planning, please bring the following items, as well as the following forms: Questionnaire, Hourly Agreement and Cash Flow. Please also bring any other appropriate information that you feel would be helpful in evaluating your financial position. This meeting should last 3-4 hours. Below is a list of items people might bring to our meeting

Income

  • Tax returns for the last 2 years (Personal, Corporate/Partnership, etc.)
  • Recent pay stub (or records of income) with year-to-date information, or all stubs for the current year

Liabilities

  • Mortgage: Balance due,Beginning balance and closing date
    Monthly payments (separate principal, interest, taxes and insurance)
    Interest rate and other terms of the loan

Assets

  • Certificates of deposit (amount, date of maturity, and interest rate)
  • Most recent brokerage statement(s) on investments. List of stock, bond, and mutual fund holdings. Purchase price and date of purchase
  • Most recent statements for all retirement accounts
    IRA, ROTH, SEP, TSA, 401(k), etc.
  • Annuity policies and recent statements

Insurance Policies

  • Policies and Statements
    Life, Health, Auto, Home, Disability, Liability, Umbrella, Long Term Care

Miscellaneous

  • Copies of employee benefits and retirement plans and backup information
    Materials explaining the programs. Most recent statements for all programs available
    Investment Alternatives (even if you are not participating or eligible)
  • Legal documents: Wills, Trusts, Divorce court papers, Power of attorneys, Partnership agreements and Other legal documents
  • List of how property is titled (joint tenants or tenants in common)
